Judgment: With consent, heard finally. 2. By filing this review petition, the petitioner, who was respondent No.5 in Writ Petition No.13207/2013, is seeking review of the order 20.11.2013 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.13207/2013, on the ground that before passing the said order, the present petitioner was not being noticed and heard. 3. On going through the order dated 20.11.2013, we have noticed that the writ petition was disposed of with a short direction that respondent No.3 (of the writ petition) shall do the needful, as directed vide Annexure P/8 dated 24.10.2013 within a period of one month positively, without fail and if found respondent No.5 (petitioner herein) guilty, then necessary steps be taken against him. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of such directions, the official respondents may punish the petitioner. 5. We are of the view that this apprehension of the petitioner is wholly misconceived. The directions are only to take appropriate steps, as per letter dated 24.10.2013 (Annexure P/8). We are sure that the authorities will take action only, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the present petitioner. Needless to say that the Writ Court has not observed anything adverse against the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, we dispose of this review petition.
