Judgment Hon’ble Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. (Oral) Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the complainant by Mr. Siddhartha Sah, Advocate, is taken on record. Heard Mr. Ramji Srivastava, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. P.S. Saun, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand and Mr. Siddhartha Sah, Advocate, for the complainant. The applicant is an accused and is in jail having been implicated in Case Crime No.154 of 2014, which has been registered under Sections 498A/323/504/328 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act at Police Station – Patel Nagar, District – Dehradun. The allegation in the First Information Report is primarily against the mother-in-law. Considering the overall evidence which is presently available before this Court, prima facie the applicant has been able to make out a case for bail. The bail application is accordingly allowed. Let the applicant (Alok Sharma) be enlarged on bail in the aforesaid crime on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the equal amount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. It is made clear that any observation made by this Court is only for the purpose of grant of bail. It shall not be taken into consideration at all in any other proceedings.
