Judgment The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. He has also circulated a letter dated 27.11.2014 to the Registry to the aforesaid effect. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
