ORDER : 1. The Counter affidavit filed by the respondent Union of India in the court today, is taken on record. The copy of the same be served upon Mr. Vijay Panjwani, learned counsel for the petitioner and other parties during the course of the day. 2. The Secretary, Department of Telecommunications (DoT) may file his personal affidavit within one week on the issue whether the DoT or any other department of the Government of India is competent to issue direction to the respondent No.4 to call off sites showing pornography. 3. List the matter peremptorily on next Monday, the 28.4.2014.
