The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter to the Registry dated 30.12.2013 to the effect that the issue involved in W.P.Nos.21032, 21033 & 21034 of 2012, have been settled out of Court and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the said cases. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the typed set of papers in W.P.No.21032 of 2012. 2. Recording the said fact and the endorsement so made, the Writ Petition Nos.21032, 21033 & 21034 of 2012, are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
