Judgment Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. (Oral) Heard Mr. Parikshit Saini, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. S.S. Adhikari, learned Assistant Government Advocate for the State of Uttarakhand and Mr. Deepak Sharma, Advocate, for the complainant. The applicants are in jail having been implicated in Case Crime No.132 of 2014, which has been registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B of I.P.C. at Police Station – Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar. The applicants are not named in the First Information Report. Other co-accused Raghunath has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 3rd July, 2014 passed in First Bail Application No.767 of 2014. Considering the overall evidence which is presently available before this Court, prima facie the applicants have been able to make out a case for bail. The bail application is accordingly allowed. Let the applicants (Raj Kumar and Khemchand) be enlarged on bail in the aforesaid crime on their executing a personal bond each and two reliable sureties each of the equal amount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. It is made clear that any observation made by this Court is only for the purpose of grant of bail. It shall not be taken into consideration at all in any other proceedings.
