Judgment Heard. At the outset, Shri Sharma, submits that the petitioner preferred representations to various authorities but for her grievance now intends to prefer a detailed representation before the respondent No.3 and the said authority be directed to decide the same. Smt. Pachauri, has no objection. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to prefer a detailed representation along-with certified copy of this order and submit it before the respondent No.3. In turn, the respondent No.3 is directed to decide the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of ninety days. The outcome of the representation shall be communicated to the petitioner. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
