JUDGMENT 1. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the relevant typed set of papers of the Writ Petition to the effect that 'we have been informed that the Petitioner has expired. Therefore the cause of action in this Writ Petition has abated'. 2. Recording the aforesaid fact and endorsement so made, the Writ Petition stands abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
