JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren, J. 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank had submitted that an auction was scheduled to be held, on 27.5.2011. However, no auction had taken place, as scheduled. In such circumstances, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had not refuted the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Bank that no auction had taken place, on 27.5.2011, as scheduled, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infrucutous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
