Judgment This contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 09.01.2013 passed in W.P.No.967/2012 (PIL). The Court disposed of the writ petition with the following directions: “From the facts of the case, it is clear that the Economic Offence Wing has already registered the complaint and investigating the matter. In such circumstances, this Court could not entertain this writ petition. However, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondent No.5 shall complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and shall take appropriate steps in the matter. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.” 2. As per the reply submitted by respondent No.4 in pursuance of the direction passed by this Court, the enquiry has already been completed. In this view of the matter, in our opinion, the order passed by the Court has been complied with. Hence, contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
