JUDGMENT : - This Criminal Misc. Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the FIR No.275/2011 registered at Police Station Kotwali, Alwar for the offence u/ss 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC.534/2013. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted this fact that earlier also SB Criminal Misc. Petition no.3176/2011 has been filed for quashing the FIR which was disposed by the co-ordinate bench on 6.3.2012 holding as under: “In the result this petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the complainant petitioner to submit a detailed representation before the I.O of the case along with the documents which the petitioner has enclosed with this petition. The complainant petitioner is also free to submit the judgments before the I.O. The I.O of the case is directed to investigate the matter on the basis of the contents of the representation, documents as also the judgments and thereafter the shall submit the progress report of the case before the court concerned. The stay application also stands disposed of.” Progress report dated 12.11.2013 has been filed by the learned Public Prosecutor which speaks that the investigation on the points narrated by the petitioner is still pending and awaited and this second petition on the same ground seems to be premature and liable to be dismissed and is dismissed.
