JUDGMENT Mr. Inderjit Singh, J.:- Petitioner Paramjit Kaur has preferred this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.122 dated 06.07.2012 registered at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran under Section 307 IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and only Lalkara has been attributed to her. Learned counsel for the petitioner further contended that in view of the interim order dated 17.01.2014, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and has already been released on bail. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposed the bail application. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned State counsel and have gone through the record. 4. From the record, I find that the petitioner has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. She is not required for interrogation/investigation purposes nor anything is to be recovered from her. She has only to face trial before the Court. No useful purpose will be served by sending the petitioner to custody. She has already appeared before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail in pursuance of the order dated 17.01.2014, passed by this Court. 5. Therefore, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and without discussing the facts of the case in minute details and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is accepted and the interim order dated 17.01.2014, passed by this Court is made absolute. ————————
