JUDGMENT Mr. K. K. Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that he does not wish to press this contempt petition as according to him this contempt petition has become infructuous. Accordingly and in view of the aforesaid, this contempt petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
