JUDGMENT : - This Criminal Misc. Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for submitting chargesheet before the trial court in FIR No.275/2011 registered at Police Station Kotwali, Alwar for the offence u/ss 420,467,468,471 and 120B IPC. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR is of the year of 2011 and number of times, investigation has been conducted in the matter but still investigation has not been completed though the offence has been found to be proved. Per contra, the contention of the accused respondent is that still investigation is pending and he has also moved the investigation officer by way of representation as per order in SB Cr. Misc. Petition No. 3176/2011 decided vide order dated 6.3.2012. Be that as it may, the fact remains the same that the FIR is of the year 2011 and it was the obligatory duty of the Investigation Officer to complete the investigation and file final opinion under Section 173 Cr.P.C before the concerned court. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation within two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and file final investigation report before the concerned court. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Police Station through the Deputy Registrar (Judl.).
