Judgment A.M. Sapre, J. Heard Ms. J. Huda, learned Central Govt. Counsel appearing for the review petitioners and Mr. A. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. This is an application made by Union of India seeking clarification /modification of the order dated 19.08.2013 passed in WP(C) No.4568 of 2013. By this application, the petitioner prays that in place of the words ‘waiting list’ the words ‘Circle Relaxation Committee’ be substituted in the concluding part of the order dated 19.08.2013 passed in WP(C) No.4568 of 2013. Having regard to the prayer and the allegations made in support thereof, we are inclined to allow the application and accordingly direct that in the concluding paragraph wherever the words ‘waiting list’ is typed in order dated 19.08.2013 in WP(C) No.4568 of 2013, the said words should be deleted and in its place the words ‘Circle Relaxation Committee’ be substituted/read for ensuring compliance of the order dated 19.08.2013 passed in the aforesaid writ petition. With the aforesaid deletion/substitution of the words, the order in question would remain the same and accordingly the entire order should be read with this modification. The necessary amendment in the main order be carried out by the office as per rules and certified copies be then supplied to the parties concerned. The petition stands accordingly disposed of. No cost.
