Judgment Heard. Grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal pending before respondent No.1 has not been decided. Learned counsel for the respondents contended that Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed certain orders in SLP No.4247-4248/2009. Copy of the orders have also been produced hence it is not possible to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner. In our opinion, if it is not possible for the appellate authority to decide the appeal of petitioner in view of the order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court, authority may communicate the same. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
