Judgment Heard. This has been filed by the appellant against the order dt.24.3.2014 passed in W.P.No.1830/2014. Against the aforesaid order, the appellant filed an appeal before the Commissioner, that was also dismissed, then he filed Writ Petition praying the aforesaid reliefs. Writ Court dismissed the petition on the ground that the appellant/petitioner did not challenge the order passed by the Commissioner and District Magistrate, hence, the relief prayed by the appellant in the writ petition could not be granted. We have perused the order passed by the Writ Court. In our opinion, the findings recorded by the writ court are in accordance with law. We do not find any merit in this appeal. It is hereby dismissed. No order as to costs.
