ORDER 1. The applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.98/2014 registered at P.S. Naryavali, District Sagar for the offence punishable under sections 354,354-A,323 and 506 of the IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the case. The applicant is a Govt.teacher since last 17 years. The offence is triable by Judl. Magistrate Ist Class.The FIR has been lodged on the basis of family dispute and complainant is wife of younger brother of applicant. The applicant is ready to co-operate in the investigation and trial. The applicant is a reputed citizen of the locality, in the event of arrest his reputation will be tarnished, therefore, he be released on anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for State has opposed the application. 4. I have perused the case diary. 5. On due consideration of the contention raised by the learned counsel for the applicant and overall facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the considered view that it is a fit case to enlarge the applicant on anticipatory bail, therefore, without expressing on the merits of the case, this application is allowed. 6. It is directed that in the event of arrest, applicant Ramshankar Shrivastava shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs.Twenty Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of arresting officer. 7. The applicant shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required. He shall further abide by the other conditions enumerated in sub-section (2) of section 438 of CrPC.
