Judgment : M. Jaichandren, J.- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned. 2. There shall be an order of interim stay of the order, dated 20.1.2014, made in W.P.Nos.23089, 23090, 27366, 23367 and 28833 of 2013, insofar as it relates to the direction issued to the Medical Council of India and the Government of Tamilnadu to admit the students belonging to the academic years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013, in the various Government Medical Colleges in the State of Tamilnadu, as a fresh batch, for the academic year 2014 -2015, by creating additional seats in the said medical colleges. 3. List the matter for final hearing on 26.3.3014.
