Judgment The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that the petitioner be granted recognition with effect from 2010-11. It is an admitted fact that the petitioner has been granted recognition to increase the intake by 50 students of D.El.ED course. The said recognition was granted vide order dated 18.07.2012 from the academic session 2012-13. In our opinion, it has rightly been granted from the upcoming academic session. The recognition cannot be granted with retrospective effect. Hence, the contention of the petitioner that it be granted recognition from the Session 2010-11 is unjustified. We do not find any merit in this petition. It is hereby dismissed.
