JUDGMENT : - A.M. Sapre, J. Heard Mr. S. Sahu, learned counsel for the respondents. None appears for the petitioner. This application arises out of an order passed by this Court on 19.12.2013 passed in WP(C) No.4368 of 2013. By this application the writ petitioner has prayed for recalling of the aforesaid order and for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for want of prosecution on the said date. Since no one has appeared in support of this application, we have no option but to dismiss this application for want of prosecution being the last option. The application for restoration is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
