Judgment Heard. The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that no order has been passed in the appeal although it was heard on 21-10-2013. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that order could not be passed in view of certain order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 3. If it is so, the respondents shall communicate the petitioner that it is not possible to pass the order in appeal filed by the petitioner in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 4. Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
