JUDGMENT 1. - This is second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 6/2014, Police Station Sidhmukh, District Churu for the offences under Sections 363, 366A and 376D of I.P.C. and Section 6 of POCSO Act. 2. In the statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., the prosecutrix has specifically stated that the present petitioner did not commit any offence against her. 3. Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail. 4. Accordingly, the second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused petitioner Ramesh S/o Satya Narayan shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of 50,000/- with two sureties of 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Judge for his appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.Bail application allowed. *******
