Judgment Grievance of the petitioner, in this petition, is that although work orders have been issued in regard to construction of borewells, however, the work order has not been issued in favour of the petitioner inspite of the letter dated 11.07.2013 written by the Superintending Engineer, copy of which has been filed as Annexure P-1. The petitioner has also filed representation dated 24.03.2014 in this regard, copy of which has been filed as Annexure P-25. In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the competent authority i.e. the Chief Engineer shall decide the representation of the petitioner, if it has not already been decided, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. It is hereby clarified that this Court has not opined about the merits of the case.
