Judgment Heard. 2. By preferring this petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India, learned counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer to the effect that the appeal pending before the Employees Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi bearing No.853(7)/2013 (Annexure P/3) be decided expeditiously. 3. Looking to the short prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to decide the appeal in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
