Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks an adjournment so as to enable him to place material on the record of this case (as was available before the Courts below) to indicate that the product of the petitioner namely, 'SLIM 24 PRO' does not answer the definition of the term 'drug' under the Drugs Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisement) Act, 1954, as also, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. List after four weeks. 2. Needful be done in the meantime.
