In regard to the grievance raised by the petitioner in this petition, petitioner has already submitted a representation before the Collector, Guna, copy of which has been filed on record as Annexure P/3. On the aforesaid representation, enquiry report has been forwarded to the Collector. In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the Collector, Guna (Respondent No.3) shall decide the representation of the petitioner, if it has not already been decided, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is hereby clarified that this Court has not opined about the merits of the case. Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Certified copy.
