Judgment Heard on the question of grant of leave to file an appeal against the judgment of acquittal. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the State and after perusing the impugned judgment especially the statements of complainant Ramveer Singh (PW-1) and Panch witness R.B.Singh (PW-2), we find that the findings and the approach of the trial court require re- consideration at this stage. Consequently, by allowing this petition, leave to appeal, as prayed for by the State, is hereby granted. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Pursuant to it, office is directed to register a case as Criminal Appeal and thereafter list for hearing on admission. Accordingly, M.Cri.C. stands disposed of.
