Judgment They are heard. 2. This contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 23/8/2013 passed by this Court in WP 6618/2011. This Court disposed of the aforesaid writ petition with the following directions: “At this stage, it is submitted by Shri Gupta, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners that the matter is pending before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies since 5/9/2012 and the Deputy Registrar may be directed to decide the dispute expeditiously. As the matter is sub judice before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Gwalior, he is directed to hear and decide the matter expeditiously as far as possible within six months from the date of communication of this order. Respondents, if not parties before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies and are willing to contest the matter before him, they may do so by filing an appropriate application before the Deputy Registrar. This petition is disposed of, with no order as to costs.” 3. Thereafter a review petition was filed which was numbered as RP 554/2013. The aforesaid review petition has been disposed of vide order dated 9/1/2014 with the following observation : “In this view of the matter, this review petition is disposed of that respondents 1 and 2 shall submit a fresh dispute before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies within a period of two weeks from today in accordance with the provisions of Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, and that may be decided by the Authority in accordance with law. Review petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.” 4. It is informed by counsel for respondent No.1 that the dispute is pending before respondent No.1 and the matter is already fixed for final hearing. 5. Counsel for respondents No.9 and 10 submits that proper procedure has not been adopted by the Deputy Registrar because no evidence has been recorded. 6. We are not deciding the aforesaid question in the present contempt petition. It is disposed of with a direction that the dispute be decided within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. 7. Petition is disposed. No order as to costs.
