Judgment Heard. 2. Case diary has been perused. 3. This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for invoking inherent powers of this Court for quashing the FIR registered at Crime No.310/2014 at Police Station Dabra, District Gwalior for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 323, 294, 34 of IPC and its subsequent criminal proceedings. 4. An application preferred under Section 320(2) of Cr.P.C. for granting permission for compromise was filed. Facts of the compromise were verified by the Principal Registrar of this Court on 05.05.2014. 5. On perusal of Principal Registrar's report, it seems that parties have arrived at compromise voluntarily, therefore, in view of the compromise, I.A.No.2807/2014, application preferred under Section 320(1) Cr.P.C., is hereby allowed. Compromise is accepted. Resultantly, FIR registered at Crime No.310/2014 at Police Station Dabra, District Gwalior for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 323, 294, 34 of IPC, is hereby quashed. 6. Petition is disposed of.
