JUDGMENT Mansoor Ahmad Mir, Acting Chief Justice (oral) By the medium of this appeal, the appellant-writ respondent No. 2 has questioned the judgment and order dated 30th December, 2010, passed by the Writ Court in CWP (T) No. 11165 of 2008, titled as Ranjeet Singh Jaswal and another versus State of HP and another, whereby the writ-respondent-Corporation was commanded to release the pay scales to the category of the writ petitioners at par with their counter-parts, who are serving in the Himachal Pradesh Secretariat, after completion of all the codal formalities, on the grounds taken in the memo of appeal. 2. We have gone through the pleadings, particularly, the affidavit filed on behalf of the writ respondent-Corporation, in compliance to the order dated 21st December, 2010, passed in the writ petition. It is apt to reproduce para-4 of the said affidavit herein: “4. That the pay and allowances released by the State Govt. from time to time are also given by H.R.T.C. to their employees after obtaining the approval of Service Committee/Board of Directors of H.R.T.C.” 3. In the given circumstances, we are of considered view that the Writ Court has committed no illegality; the impugned judgment is legal and speaking one; is not suffering from any infirmity and the appeal deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, the impugned judgment is upheld and the appeal is dismissed.
