Judgment This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for offences registered under Sections 186, 353, 506 read with section 34 of IPC, in connection with Crime No.161/2014 at Police Station Parasiya, District Chhindwara. 2. According to prosecution on 18.03.2014 complainant P. Kashyap, a member of Central Industrial Security Force was subjected to quarrel and assault by the petitioner and co-accused persons while vehicle of petitioner was subjected to vigilance and checking. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no assault has been advanced by any of the accused persons whereas it was a simple and verbal altercation took place at the spot. 4. Learned Panel Lawyer appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits that the allegation is serious and there is sufficient evidence available against the petitioner. 5. On due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Petitioner is directed to join the investigation immediately and fully cooperate with the investigating agency and the trial. 6. In the event of arrest, petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of arresting officer. Conditions of Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. shall apply on the petitioner during currency of bail. Certified copy as per rules.
