Judgment This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 193 of IPC, in connection with Complaint Case No.175/2014 at J.M.F.C. Court, Waidhan, District Singrauli. 2. According to prosecution on 08.12.2011 respondent No.2 Harshan Singh Bhadoria preferred a private criminal complaint against the petitioner who is father-in-law of his daughter, making allegations of forgery and cheating in respect of a cheque of Rs.3000/-. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the children of petitioner and complainant married together in the year 2008 but out of matrimonial dispute and differences 10 to 12 cases have been registered against the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the objector has submitted that petitioner and his family members are in habit of making quarrel with the girl and not accepting her as a family member. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now petitioner will leave no stone unturned to settle this matrimonial dispute and to sort out the matter after considering the grievance of complainant and his daughter. In response, learned counsel for the objector submits that failing which it shall be taken seriously against the petitioner. 6. On due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Petitioner is directed to join the investigation immediately and fully cooperate with the investigating agency and the trial. 7. In the event of arrest, petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of arresting officer. Conditions of Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. shall apply on the petitioner during currency of bail. Certified copy as per rules.
