Judgment With consent heard and finally disposed of. 2. By filing this intra court appeal, the appellants have challenged the interlocutory order dated 07.05.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.27/2014 granting interim relief in favour of the first respondent. 3. According to the learned Senior Counsel for the appellants, by grant of interim relief, the investigation of crime has been stayed. The result of which is that the first respondent has been able to get the anticipatory bail, which otherwise, he would not have been able to get. He further submits that the matter has been directed to be listed on 28.07.2014, which is too long a date. 4. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the parties submit that they have no objection, if the date of the writ petition, which has been fixed as 28.07.2014, is ordered to be preponed and on the preponed date, they will be ready to make their respective submissions. In the result, without expressing any opinion about the merits of the matter, we dispose of this writ appeal by preponing the date fixed in the writ petition from 28.07.2014 to 19.06.2014. The appellants may file a fresh application for dismissal of the petition/vacating interim order. In case, such an application is filed by the appellants, the same shall be considered and decided by the Writ Court afresh, uninfluenced by the earlier order dated 07.05.2014. 5. The writ appeal stands disposed of. C. c. by tomorrow.
