Judgment 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. According to the learned Government Advocate, the Department has already approved the post in question. Since the Institution has not raised the bill, payments were not made. 3. It is open to the Correspondent/Manager of the Institution to raise the bill pursuant to the order of approval of the post in question and on raising the bill, necessarily the same should be considered and disposed of by the respondents, by making payment to the concerned Teacher, as expeditiously as possible. The Contempt Petition is closed with the above observation.
