Judgment IA No.3309/2014 is taken up and allowed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his matter is covered as per the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1468/2013 (Diwan Singh Kushwaha vs. State of MP & others). 3. Shri Newaskar, learned Deputy Government Advocate, submits that if the petitioner prefers representation along with the said judgment, the same will be considered. Considering the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit the representation along with copy of the order passed in WP No. 1468/2013 aforesaid as well as the copy of this order before the respondent No.3. In turn, the said authority is directed to consider and decide the representation in the light of the judgment passed in Diwan Singh Kushwaha (supra). 4. Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits of the case.
