Judgment I.A.No.3276/2014 and I.A.No.3277/14 applications for urgent hearing during summer vacation are taken up and allowed. 2. Heard on admission. 3. Grievance of the petitioners is that Tahsildar cannot take any action against the petitioners in the light of Government of Madhya Pradesh order dated 04-07-2013 (Annexure P/2). 4. Shri Raghvendra Dixit Government Advocate after obtaining the instructions from Tahsildar submits that the auction proceedings are kept in abeyance and guideline is sought from the State Government and he submits that after obtaining guidelines, decision will be taken in accordance with law. 5. Considering the aforesaid, there is no cause of action and grievance which can be adjudicated presently. Petition is disposed of by observing that Tahsildar shall consider and decide the objections of petitioners in accordance with law. If petitioners are aggrieved by the final outcome, needless to mention that they may challenge the same in appropriate proceeding. 6. Both the petitions are accordingly disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
