Judgment Heard on IA No. 3336/2014. Considering the fact situation, IA is allowed. 2. Heard on admission. 3. Petitioner is aggrieved by impugned order dated 24.5.2014 on the ground that he is not the junior most and as per policy dated 10.4.2014, Annexure P-2, he could not have been transferred. The petitioner's representation, Annexure P-6, dated 26.5.2014 is pending consideration before the respondent No.2. 4. Considering the aforesaid, I deem it proper to dispose of this petition by directing the petitioner to resubmit the said representation along with copy of this order before the respondent No.2 within seven days from today, failing which the interim protection shall not be available to the petitioner. The respondent No.2 shall take a decision on the said representation by reasoned order expeditiously. Till the decision of representation, the impugned order to the extent it relates to the petitioner, shall remain stayed. 5. Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.
