JUDGMENT ASHOK B. HINCHIGERI, J. 1. Smt. Rafeeunisa, the learned High Court Government Pleader is directed to take notice for the respondents. 2. Heard the learned advocates. 3. The petitioners' grievance is that the respondents are insisting that the petitioners must obtain the license under the Karnataka Police Act or under Licensing and Controlling of Places of Public Amusement Order even for playing the skill games. 4. The issue is no more res integra. It is covered by this Court's order, dated 7.3.2013 passed in W.P. No. 11592 of 2013. These petitions are disposed off with the following order:- (i) The respondents are directed not to interfere with the lawful recreational activities carried on by the members of the petitioner-Associations. (ii) No chance games shall be played in the petitioners' premises without obtaining the licence. (iii) It is made clear that the respondents are at liberty to take any appropriate action according to law, if the petitioners indulge in any unlawful activity. 5. No order as to costs.
