ORDER Goutam Bhaduri, J. 1. Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 04/2014 registered in Police Station Padatarai, Distt. Kabeerdham (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 292A/34 of Indian Penal Code and 67(A) of Information Technology Act, the applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail. As per the prosecution story the villagers of village Madmada has lodged report against applicant along with one Pawan Ratre to shoot obscene video clipping of her along with Pawan Ratre and circulated to the village. Thereafter, police recorded the statement of villagers and registered the case under Section 292A/34 of Indian Penal Code and 67(A) of Information Technology Act. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant herself was victim and there was no occasion to circulate such video clipping in the village which was done by someone else and she has not committed any offence to the nature. Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. 3. Having thus considered the evidence so far collected, I am inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. 4. Accordingly, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. It is directed that in the event of arrest of the present applicant/accused in execution of any process issued by the trial Court or if the accused/applicant appears before the trial Court, then she shall be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond in sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court, on the following conditions:- (i) that the applicant shall make herself available for interrogation before the investigating officer as and when required; (ii) that the applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; (iii) that the applicant shall not act, in any manner, which will be prejudicial to fair and expeditious trial; and (iv) the applicant shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date given to her by the said Court till disposal of the trial.
