JUDGMENT : Taken on Board. 2. Leave granted. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Respondent No.1, on caveat. 4. It has been fairly submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner-Council that the application which had already been submitted by the Respondent- College would be treated as a valid application for commencement of studies for the academic year 2015-16. 5. In view of the afore-stated statement, we direct the petitioner to complete inspection of the Respondent- College on or before 31st October, 2014. 6. In view of the above development in the matter, the appeal is disposed of as allowed. The impugned order passed by the High Court is modified to the above extent.
