Judgment 1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying to set aside the order and decreetal order of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Villupuram, made in E.A.No.1088 of 1995 in ARC No.1 of 1991 dated 16.12.2003. 2. The matter was referred for mediation to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, by the order of this Court, dated 02.01.2014. 3. A communication, dated 26.2.2014, of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, has been received, enclosing a copy of the Mediation Report, dated 17.2.2014, stating that the matter has been settled between the parties concerned, as per the terms cited in the Mediation Agreement, dated 17.2.2014. 4. As the parties have arrived at a settlement, in terms of the Mediation Agreement, dated 17.2.2014, this Civil Revision Petition is listed for passing orders. 5. The Mediation Agreement, dated 17.2.2014, signed by the parties, as well as their respective counsels, reads as follows:- "Both sides, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side have agreed as follows: 1. Petitioners and the 1st Respondent arrived at an amicable settlement before the Mediation Centre. 2. Petitioners agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.4,76,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs seventy six thousand only) after passing the final orders based on this settlement in the above C.R.P.(N.P.D.) No.940/2004 by the Hon’ble Court, to the account of E.P.No.29/1993 in ARC No.1/1991 before the Principal Subordinate Judge, Villupuram and the time for deposit is six weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the above C.R.P. This deposit shall be to the full and final settlement of the said award passed in A.R.C.No.01/1991." 6. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, which is recorded under the Mediation Agreement, dated 17.2.2014, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The terms of the Mediation Agreement, dated 17.2.2014, shall form part of the record. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
