Judgment : 1. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2013 and to pay compensation amount to petitioner within time frame fixed by this Court with interest. 2. Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondents dated 04.11.2013, the respondents have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. 3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
