ORDER : I.A. No. 4/2013: Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 3.12.2013, the State of Madhya Pradesh has filed its Scheme on 28.06.2014. 2. Dr.Rajeev Dhawan, learned senior counsel appearing for the non-applicant in I.A. NO. 4/2013 requires a reasonable time to respond to the Scheme that is filed by the State of Madhya Pradesh. The request appears to be reasonable and if it is granted it would not cause prejudice to any one of the parties. Therefore, the matter stands adjourned by 10 days in order to enable the non-applicant to file their response. 3. Call the matter after 10 days. I.A. Nos. 13-14/2014: 4.
