JUDGMENT 1. - The present misc. petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 6.6.2013 passed by Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Sri Ganganagar imposing Rs. 65,000/- as cost to be deposited with the Legal Services Authority. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not in a position to deposit Rs. 65,000/- as cost with the Legal Services Authority, which is stated to have been ordered by the trial court while accepting the compromise. 3. The matter has been compromised and the cheque amount has been received by the complainant. 4. Taking into account the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the order of the court below vide which direction is issued to deposit an amount of Rs. 65,000/- with the Legal Services Authority is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall now pay only Rs. 10,000/- in stead of Rs. 65,000/- with the Legal Services Authority subject to deposit within fifteen days.The present misc. petition stands disposed of in the above terms.Petition disposed of. *******
