This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenu – Mr. Ramesh vide No.906/BDFGISSV/2013 dated 05.09.2013. 2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the order of detention passed against the detenu – Mr. Ramesh, is revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.4308, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 30.10.2013. A copy of the said Government Order has also been produced before us. 4. Recording the said Government Order, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
