ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Union of India. 2. The petitioner seeks certain direction to the respondents No.1 and 2, namely, the Director, Indian Institute Of Natural Resins and Gums, Namkum, Ranchi (Jharkhand) and Administrative Officer, Indian Institute Of Natural Resins and Gums, Namkum, Ranchi (Jharkhand). 3. From the pleadings of the writ petition, it is apparent that neither any cause of action arose within the territorial jurisdiction of this court nor any of the respondents, against whom the relief has been sought for, reside within the territorial jurisdiction of this court. 4. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed for lack of territorial jurisdiction.
