JUDGMENT Hon'ble Dilip Gupta, J. 1. The averments which have been made in the petition would make it clear that the petitioners have a personal interest in the subject matter of these proceedings. Admittedly, the petitioners are holders of an adjoining plot in the same vicinity. 2. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain a public interest litigation on the subject, particularly in the absence of a due disclosure in accordance with sub-rule (3-A) of Rule 1 of Chapter XXII of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, which was incorporated in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in State of Uttaranchal Vs. Balwant Singh Chaufal, 2010 AIR SCW 1029. However, we clarify that this would not come in the way of any appropriate petitioner in the public interest coming to the Court with a legitimate grievance. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
