Rao learned senior counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Akhilesh Kumar Pandey learned counsel for the respondents and taken into view the order passed in SLP ) No.1377 of 2011 etc., we are not inclined to interfere. However, the payment of arrears to the employees shall be done in a phased manner within a period of two years from today. 3.
