This Original Side Appeal has been filed against the order and the decretal order, dated 5.5.2011, made in O.P.No.201 of 2009, on the Original Side jurisdiction of this Court. 2. The matter was referred for mediation to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, by the order of this Court, dated 26.11.2013. 3. A communication, dated 26.2.2014, of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, has been received, enclosing a copy of the Mediation Report, dated 30.1.2014, stating that the matter has been settled between the parties concerned, as per the terms cited in the Mediation Agreement, dated 30.1.2014, which had been signed by the parties, as well as their respective counsels. 4. As the parties have arrived at a settlement, this Original Side Appeal is disposed of, in terms of the Mediation Agreement, dated 30.1.2014. The terms of the Mediation Agreement, dated 30.1.2014, shall form part of the order. The decretal order, dated 5.5.2011, made in O.P.No.201 of 2009, is set aside. There shall be a decree, in terms of the Mediation Agreement, dated 30.1.2014. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
